Drinking way less diet soda has these awesome "side effects."

Just a heads up. I am addicted to diet soda. So much so, I drank several glasses daily. Guess what happened when I drastically cut down to only one 16.9 ounce bottle a day? I started being alert in the morning! Before, I was so groggy and it seemed to take a couple hours and 2 or 3 cups of coffee to get going. Not anymore! Another bonus is that my ankles don't swell. Yet another bonus, cutting down on all that carbonation has solved my frequently gassy stomach! I'm no longer bloated and gassy. There, I said it. lol So please do yourself a favor, step away from the diet soda and grab that water bottle! I bought 2 pretty water bottles and take one every where! Buying two makes it easier to throw one in the dishwasher each night and start out in the morning with a clean bottle. One last added bonus, your pocket book will thank you!
