Gastric bypass

Tuesday, July 02, 2019

Well day 1 went by without a hitch yes I'm a bit hungry still but that is to be expected after all I have to drink 2 protein drinks s day a sensible snack and a low calorie dinner I didn't eat much today I think the most I had was a half 9f a peanut butter and jelly sandwich no crust for I'm toothless for 6 to 8 weeks I am hopeful that ill loose weight and keep it off I worry I'll end up smaller than my baby sister

I'm 2 months almost post op from getting the bypass I take 5 vitamins a day, I am still without teeth I'm getting my set of dentures next week so I can chew my food instead of gumming my food,. I had a little bit of a problem with the opening last month so I had a endoscope and they stretched the opening among other things and I found out I have an ulcer yuk! But at least I take meds for it know and my life is a lot better I exercise 5 days a week my Dr recommendation is to take the weekend off to rest my body I'm trying hard to stay strictly to the diet yes sometimes I just have nothing I can eat because of the fact that my family forgot about me but I'm trying even if I have to fix a protein shake I'm doing good though.

Keep God the center of all and everything else will fall in alignment with His Word, one moment at a time. I will continue to pray for you.

    Blessings!
