I'm not completely writing off today from a fitness point of view, but it didn't exactly go as planned either. I have a stretching/flexibility class at 6.30pm so I went to the gym around 5.45 to do the strength training first. It was so full I couldn't find any space so I ended up just walking on the treadmill at a high incline before the stretching class. I didn't feel like running and I'll do that tomorrow morning anyway.

Not a complete waste and I did go over my 10000 steps goal but it wasn't an amazing day either and I don't feel I did much training overall.

Had the simplest dinner possible - very quick stir fry, was nice and I have leftovers for tomorrow's dinner too.

Booked on the free health check my gym offers for Monday, I'm curious how it will go - I'm really hoping for better results overall from the one I did around April 2018.

Pre-bed drink ready and I think I'll settle to read for a bit before early bed. Hope to be at the gym at 6.30am tomorrow.
