New Beginnings

I have started on this page several times. Today is the day I stick to it. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tire. My problem is not moving I work out regular to keep me sane. I eat a bag chips and a Payday candy bar almost every other day. Today I got on the scale YIKES! 233 lbs at 5'7'. As an African American woman genetics are not my friend. I have hypertension this is the only medication I take and pre-diabetic.

I am ready to make the commitment, I have to do something different. I have never stuck with a food plan. I hate to cook considering a food prep service. So today I'm asking that cyber world help me out here. I will be taking a new picture on later on today also posting my measurements to start this journey.

Getting my food intake on paper will be the challenge as well as drinking more water. So here I go. emoticon This picture is from 2013 Biggest Looser marathon in Erie PA

    Welcome! Stop buying chips & candy bars, buy summer fruit instead. Don't think of cooking as a chore, it's a privilege to have enough food to eat. Love yourself by carefully preparing what you put in your body. Go slow & be patient. Good luck.🐨
