Back at it...

I've been out of the game for a while. I've been lazy, mostly. But I have my daughter's Sweet 16 in February and we have a mother/daughter dance planned. Knowing all eyes will be on us in those 5 minutes, is enough to get me back on my feet now. I don't want to feel like a walrus bouncing around. I'm sure by then, I'll have been so used to my new eating and exercise habits, that it won't be so hard to keep up with after that. Here's to a new beginning...

    New beginnings are exciting ….. enjoy it! I find I really do need to assess what my priorities are and make a priority list so I actually can see what I am accomplishing! ABOVE ALL....Be KIND TO YOURSELF! There will be times you will indulge or find you are not hitting the exercise you expected because you have a Family commitment. Just discipline yourself and make activity happen within the next 24 hours.
    There are many different kinds of activity!
    I enjoy my Fitbit because it shows that I have been active 12 hours a day! Puts a smile on my face.
