Still no sugar, pasta, bread, potatoes, beans or grains for two weeks now!
I really love this way of eating. It's working well for me as I have no cravings, not starving all the time, I'm not constantly thinking of what I cannot have.
It takes planning and making sure I have stuff on hand to eat or make a quick meal.
I dont test or stress over levels of ketones in my blood. I just focus on my fat, protien, and carbs.
I'm down 12 pounds today.
