Starting over again

This time will be different. This time instead of jumping all in, I’m going to take small steps. This week, I’m going to focus on eating 5 servings of fruits/veggies each day and complete a 21 Day Fix workout each day. I will also post how I’m doing and feeling each day. I’m going to try hard to remember that this is a journey - my journey; to save my life. 😊
