How do I shut down "Boredom Hunger" cravings?

So I'm going on week 2 of my diet, things are going well so far, I haven't been snacking as much, but I've been having hunger cravings for sugary snacks late at night when I'm just sitting around my apartment and trying to relax, and I'm trying my hardest to avoid snacking out of boredom.
Does anyone here have any suggestions on how I can help shutdown my urge to snack out of boredom? Or is this something, I just have to wait out to go away?
