Week 1 of Keto Done

Finished my first week on keto. Down 6 lbs. Still craving carbs but staying determined. The hardest part has been making carb filled meals for my husband and son. Making an effort to go to the gym on my days off from work. Ready to make changes happen! 6 lbs down 25 more to go!

    I don't cook two ways any more. If I have to cook, they eat what I cook and eat better for it. They know if they don't like it they can make their own.
