What factors are going on in your life? Are you stressed? Not feeling well? Not sleeping??!! So many things can affect our desire to eat (and lack of sleep is a huge culprit for most of us).
What kinds of foods are you eating? We can eat whatever we like, but certain foods have a much higher nutrition content and give us fullness and satisfaction (think - eating two potatoes instead of a bag of chips!)
