Getting At It Again

I am getting at it again. I have gained too much weight and am losing too much muscle and strength. I've done the Spark program before, but I am going to try it again. This time I am going to take progress photos in my full length mirror, so I can see how I am doing. I'm also going to weigh in on Sunday's and take my measurements every Sunday.
I've been feeling a little defeated by the weight loss thing. I have tried it so many times, but without much success. I don't know why, but exercising in front of my husband makes me really self conscious. But I am going to have to learn to do it, since he is home with me all the time. I've tried to recruit him before without much luck, and he does tend to sabotage my progress.
I'm just going to give it my best try
