Been told I need to cut my coffee intake to two cups a day.
I drink four just to start moving in the morning and I couldn’t tell you how many throughout the day.
This is going to be a hard one for me.
I always get in at least 9 glasses or more of water a day. Looking for some thing to replace my hot coffee with that might still give me a boost. I don’t like energy drinks either.
