Day 2 Oops...

Yesterday morning I made the mistake of weighing myself. My weight was up 6 lbs but I had also woken up with my hands and legs swollen so I know it was water weight. I will weigh myself once a week. Every Wednesday morning.
I did not do the things I said I was going to do yesterday. No walk, didn’t take my vitamins, and didn’t drink enough water. Today is a new day and I will get it right today.
