I can’t quit

Back in 2017 I weighed in at 395lbs and I was devastated! I had never been anywhere close to that before. I worked my ass off and lost 100+ lbs and now I’m down to 284.6lbs. I feel like mentally I am messed up I can’t stop thinking that I’m in the 300s still in the last month I added working out cause diet wasn’t doing anything for my and now I have gain all the weight back that I lost this month I was down to 281 and now I’m back up to 284 I’m frustrated with myself my scale tracks fat and muscle and everything is the same as my first weigh in. What am I doing wrong😰
