Starting weight 330lbs I have PCOS so I have struggled with my weight considerably. I’m making changes to my daily routine and making healthy choices and habits. Have a sparkly day all!!

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it. And remember you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight. It takes time, determination, motivation and support. You can get it all right here!     emoticon for writing your first blog. I am cheering you on too for success! ... I am sorry you have PCOS and hope it is not terribly painful. One day at a time---strive for some physical activity ... and I noticed weight drop for me when I let go of a lot of carbs.
