I was you 2 months ago. I also started with 30 minutes per day for 6 days, 1 day of rest. I have been able to keep to this goal and have increased my time and intensity. If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything. I have lost 15 pounds, but the important thing is I am sleeping better and feeling more energetic.
