I've gained over 100 lbs since July 2018. While I needed to gain a few pounds, bc I was severely underweight due to addiction of various drugs, I've surpassed the "Healthy Weight" mark a LONG TIME ago. Now Im focused on losing these horrid extra pounds. I stopped keeping track of my progress with the traditional, heartbreaking scale, and turned to what I call the "Mirror Method". Last month I was going through a rough time and I turned to God with fasting and prayer. I set the standard with a complete NPO till nooon, and even though my intentions weren't weight related, Ive seen a difference in both my appetite and my body. Today I am adding another modification: NPO after 7pm. Wish me luck!
