This yrs diet

I started doing almond milk 80 cals for breakfast... V8 for lunch.... And salads for dinner..... If i get hungry in between i do dollar generals freeze dried 50-60 cal snack bags! Ive lost 10 lbs in 10 days

    Congrats on the 10 pounds! However I would also be concerned about following that plan very long. It may not be supplying your body all the nutrition that is required to function properly.

    I would be concerned about not getting all the nutrients you need daily by following that diet. I am not sure that is healthy long term! emoticon
