Onto week 2

The first week did not go as well as planned. All I can do is keep on track as much as possible until I can secure habits. I know losing weight works when you stick to the plan. I weighed myself this morning and was at 245lbs with clothes. So no weight loss. I don’t feel like a complete failure though because first week I had began and 2nd week I gave up alcohol. Just going to keep pushing.
