I see myself as a person lacking will, consistency and long term commitment as far as doing the right thing for my health. I am the excuse maker, the one who defers to another day.
Here's the crunch. I have not eaten any junk food for a week. I am consumed by the thought of running out to get some carbs in the form of ice cream, peanut butter candy and my face chocolate covered anything.
I will try dinner first and some additional water. I hope that does it.
