Not a good week

This week was horrible food and exercise wise. I don't know what happened but a couple days I just felt like I ate everything in sight. I could not feel full. there was popcorn, ramen noodles, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, ice cream sandwiches, and assorted junk food. I got my water in, I had iced tea, regular coffee, sprite and a coke. 99% of the time I do not drink soda. This was a rare week, I normally don't go on binges like this. I wish I knew what brought this on so I can avoid this in the future.
I had a couple of great motivational days where I couldn't sit still then there were a couple days when all I wanted to do was sleep. This is making me crazy!

I will put a stop to it!

    it's tough to be on track 100%. There are always those days, times, feelings that get us off track and it's hard to get back on. Keep plugging along and set your focus on your plan this week. emoticon

    This happens to me sometimes out of the blue also. A few weeks ago I bought a box of ice cream sandwiches just because they were 99ยข-- and it is summer. Those little demons kept calling my name! I ate 'em, and they weren't even very tasty. I hope a new week brings renewed strength for us both.
