Fell off the wagon

Saturday, July 27, 2019

So about two months ago I fell off the wagon I stopped going to the gym I stopped watching what I was eating and I gained back all the weight that I lost so frustrated and upset with myself I started to wonder if I will ever lose this weight and get healthy I don't drink soda and I don't eat a lot of junk anymore but starting Monday I'm going to get back on the wagon I got portion control containers that will help me keep my portions under control as well as I'm going to go back to the gym I am bound and determined to lose this weight one way or another and hopefully that it will never come back I recently got engaged in December and I would like to be able to go into a bridal store and pick out whatever dream dress I would like without being forced to get a plus-size dress I have a 12 year old son and one day and my fiance and I would like to start a family together since he does not have any children although he does love my son as his own I am very blessed to have him in both of our lives

It is so easy to fall off the wagon.

Try to join some great teams here that will keep you encouraged and hold you accountable along with them.

    Best wishes

We all fall off the wagon from time to time. Don't beat yourself up over it. Know your mistake and move on! Good luck!
