Life in General

So, here I am, wishing I could be more active but excited at the same time that I just got my motorized wheelchair. I can get out and about more, get some sun, be more mobile. I used to be an athlete. I worked the farm, raised 6 children into fine adults (I love my kids), now my back is a wreck, I can barely feel my legs anymore...*sigh*. It is what it is. Now that I have my chair I can exercise a little each day and when I lose the ability to use my legs, as always happens, I at least am not stuck on the couch. emoticon

That is all for now. I am new here and not sure what all I am supposed to be doing.

Take time to review all the info at this site. Look for the seated exercise pages. You might find some very useful info there. I love your attitude. Finding positive is a bad situation is a great quality. Good luck on your journey! emoticon
