My husband and I and some long time friends have booked a trip to Mexico in January 2020. I'm also turning "50" in 2020. I believe that these two things and my health should be enough incentive to get healthier. I jumped on the scale this morning and absolutely scared myself... the most I've ever weighed even pregnant. Blah...
Food especially carbs are the devil for me and my triglycerides really reflect this fact. So I feel like intermittent fasting with Keto eating should help me to lose a good chunk of weight over the next few months. I'm obviously also going to try to do 30 to 60 minutes of moving a day.
So yes a plan + incentive = results (and of course follow through on my part... always the tricky part)
