Joining Sparkpeople again

I joined a gym again in January after being gone from it for about a year. Since then I have only lost 5.75 inches and been depressed about not losing more. I do a lot of walking, and I thought weight would come off faster. But it's not. So I decided to join here again, track my calories and try to lose again.
