Exercise Tracking

I found a simple method for tracking my exercise habits. I use index cards and mark a ❤️ for each day I exercise and a 🙁 for each day I miss. It has been very effective for me! I just started week thirteen, the longest I have ever kept an exercise habit going! How do you mark your progress?
