Time to DO all the THINGS

I could write a book about losing weight! I KNOW all the THINGS...it's now time to start DOING ALL THE THINGS!
My strategy is simply to start doing the little things. Looking at little goals (like tracking for a whole day and drinking the water and taking advantage of the training at Spark People) and congratulating myself for accomplishing them.
One day these little things will become habits and I will once again be in the 'groove' of getting fit and healthy. You know that place where it becomes a THING that you want to do, that you wouldn't want to miss, that you enjoy and are almost addicted to. That THING.
Starting once again on my journey to 'fit and healthy'. Thanks to all y'all here that encourage my little steps
