10 days and I already see a difference... First three days I figured out how to balance my nutrition-- where everything listed above and including sodium stays under recommended totals, and nutrition listed potassium and below reach as close to max as possible or even over... then, because of another study, I have calculated that I need to eat 750-900cal for breakfast, lunch 300-525cal, dinner less than 325cal, (if cal are not over 1500, I make myself snack less than 125cal)... down from 255.8lbs to 248.4lbs Today I feel more energetic. It may be the all the vitamins I have been adding to my diet. I realize everyday my vit D, calcium, potassium, and fiber are always low no matter what I do.
