Week 1

I did learn alot of things I need to work on. It was a hectic week so meal planning wasn't very good. Ended up eating out more often than cooking at home. Tried to make good decisions. Definitely need to work on excercise and portion sizes! Can't believe what a difference there is between calories in and calories out! and not in a good way. lol. A very eye opening 1st week. Already planning on making changes for week 2. emoticon emoticon
