Project 1 - Setting Goals

Need to make some goals for the next 4 weeks to keep me on track daily and then stay accountable. It is too easy to all off track so easily.
Tonight's goal is to make a list for grocery pick up tomorrow.
Tomorrow goal will be cleaning the kitchen and meal prep.
Friday will be outdoor walk at the park.
Next 3 days are good to go.
Small daily changes will add up.
