my goals were:
~ track everything that goes in my mouth = did fairly well here. I'm still touch & go about tracking. But I did accomplish it most days of the month.
~ cardio 3 times a week, ST 3 times a week
~ continue on with Atkins 40, vegetarian.
Overall, July was a good month. I lost 3.5 lbs., putting me below 130. FINALLY! I should have done Atkins a LONG time ago!

And, on the bright side, I FINALLY got approved to go back to work. Only part time, no more than 30 hrs a week. And Goodwill took me back. Not at my regular position, Asst Mgr, but as cashier, although that job entails a LOT more than just standing behind a register. But I am working again! Oh, Lord, I am lovin' that!
But soon I have to go in for additional testing from my Subarachnoid hemorrhage. I've developed new symptoms that they are concerned about. So, some more CT scans, MRI and another round of memory testing. Oh, well...It could have been SO much worse!
Anyway, here's for a successful August!
