Gonna try it agian

Well I'm gonna try this again. And I know I can do this. I have faith and even more willpower than nm I've had before. But being a caregiver is easy taking care of yourself is harder. I'm learning to put myself first now too. I've never been this big before in my life. 230 ibs. So I have set myself a goal to weight 125 by next September for my 25th anniversary. And I know I can do this.. . And my husband supports me. And I have a goal to reach, and a big surprise at the end of the journey. Anywhere I wanna go . And hes losing weight with me. So if anyone needs a weight loss buddy or for moral support. Let me know. It's easier when so.eone is trying to win the same battle your going thru.. it's great for moral support..

    I would aim for losing 100 # even, that's still 2 # a wk which doesn't allow for plateaus or your body & mind adjusting to all the changes that go with this journey. I started at 235 & down 30, taking my time. You go girl, you're younger by far.

    You can do it! My third time. This time the eagle up call was a stroke and heart attack. I'm off my heart meds and blood pressure meds. This app saved me years ago. I'm at 196 and at my highest was 212. Decid to do it and you will succeed.
