I have been on a health and weight loss journey this past 2 years. I have done weight watchers and keto and have had success in both. I have lost 40 pounds and would like to lose n additional 35. 7 years ago I adopted a clean eating lifestyle for a few months and had success and felt really good. I am going to try use the clean eating principles along with intermittent fasting a few days a weeks to get rid of those last 35 pounds. I have been a SparkPeople member in the last but not really active. I’m going to use this app to journal and track.
I plan to start a beginner weight training program as well. I walk every day for an hour now and will continue to do that too.
