Oh my aching body!

Yesterday, I noticed that I was having trouble with the stairs. It actually first started in the morning while doing body pump exercises. My knee felt a little sore and my feet felt like the plantar fascitis was flaring up again but I pushed through and finished the class. When I got home last night, I really noticed that my knee was hurting and it looked a bit swollen. I rubbed some Panaway essential oil on it before bed and set my alarm for later as I chose to skip working out this morning.
It's better (not completely gone) but now I'm feeling the burn in my arms. I just wish it wasn't so difficult to get back in shape....why does it have to hurt so much?!?!? I'll do my normal walking today and try to stretch often.
On a happy note, I made the decision to not eat after 7:00 last night and was successful in fighting off the strong urge to grab a snack while winding down for the evening. This is a big accomplishment for me - YEA!!!
