Good to hear you have started walking - I have to. Started in July with only doing it Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (14 days in July total getting in 5 miles) and am not walking 5 days a week (Tuesdays and Sundays I don't go all out but the other days I do. Working at getting in 5 miles each week then will up it to 6 miles and so on
