Seeking solutions to raising the calcium / iron levels through healthy food choices, adding cottage cheese, but I'm eating healthy and staying balanced on my levels (calories/carbs/protein/fat/fi
ber), and these two consistently come up as only reaching 50% for several days in a row. Hmmm....

    a lot of vegetables, like greens are good for extra calcium. you can also supplement with calcium and iron, but be careful of two much iron
