Sticking to a routine.

I've only been using the spark app for about a week now. It was recommended by my dietitian. So far I love the app & the recipe app. Makes tracking my food so much easier. I've been trying to get myself in a routine but it has been difficult. I started with my sleep. Which was all over the place & horrible. It's better now but I've hit a bump in the road. My weight has been a problem all my life. In 2009 I found out I have pcos(polycystic ovarian syndrome). I've tried many time since then to lose weight & was never very successful. About 3 or 4 years ago I found out I also have hypothyroidism. Which also affect my ability to lose weight. 6 weeks ago I went to a dietitian for the first time. My doctor recommended it. I've learned a lot & I think I may finally be able to do what needs to be done. Well now I'm getting ready to have an endometrial ablation. This week has been the hardest for my diet because I got my period unexpectedly. I'm one of those women who wants to eat everything she sees & sleep all the time when this happens. So it's been a struggle to keep to my routine. I haven't been getting up & having breakfast but I've managed to keep my bedtime routine the same & most of my meal time routines the same. I've also been logging everything even the not so healthy stuff. So I'm not giving up but the struggle is real.
