Making a Plan

I have lost 35 pounds over the last few years and have learned a lot about healthy eating. Since I still have a lot to go I am going to reach out for support and do more tracking of the food I eat. I did Keto and intermittent fasting (16:8) but I never felt well on it even though I lost weight. I am switching to low carb with lots of vegetables and continuing with the fasting. Eating less than 20 carbs a day meant I never got to have any fruit and even veggies took me over my limit. I am hoping with 50-75 grams of carbs per day I get to eat more variety of good foods. I also limit dairy because I feel better when I do. I am excited to get some structure going again.
