How would I know if I was at a healthy weight if I didn't have a scale? Hmmm...this is an interesting question. I would be able to climb my stairs with both legs. Currently, I take them one at a time. I don't get out of breath, but something isn't usually quite right. I am working on that. It would be easier to get off the floor. I could do planking on my knees without pain (even with pads). I'd stop eating before I felt full. My fat clothes would fit better. My glucose would be consistent and lower, as would my BP. I would not feel so fatigued.
