Having a difficult time with exercise here in the southwest extreme heat! Love walking. However, when it's summer, and in the triple digits there's no way I am going outside! I injured my shoulder, (rotator cuff),so am unable to use my rowing machine 😕 I am eating well not sure how I'll lose pounds...

    When it gets really hot here I go with my wife to Walmart and while she shops, I walk. They are so large that you can walk the perimeter of the store and not be in anyone's way. Works for me! Or home depot or Menards any big stores work for me. She really likes to got to Bob's Discount Furniture. They really have a large store and she like to look. Also check out the seated exercises listed here at SP. I use them on hot days as well. It helps me with my bad knees to keep burning some calories.

    There were a few days here in Ohio when I simply could not go out. Triple digits tough...whew. Sorry about your rotor cuff.
