BLC41 - Goals

My goal during the BLC41 challenge is to lose 12 pounds during the 12 week , averaging 1-2 pounds each week.
I will accomplish my goal by participating in the team challenges, including the nutrition and fitness challenges.
-track my food daily on the SP website
-no processed foods for at least one meal per day
-stay within my calorie / macro range
-drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily
-wear my fitbit daily
-average 5,000 steps per day or 35,000 steps per week
-exercise a minimum of 20 minutes daily for 5 days (cardio, yoga, or strength training)
