Alright, I'm getting super lazy lately. Trying to get some accountability going. Will try to start keeping track on here to help me out. 🙂 My start weight is 196lbs and 45.4BF. My goal weight is under 160lbs. I cant seem to get under 180 though so getting under that would be great. I'm going to try to check-in once a week at least. This is mainly for me, but in case someone else sees it then hope you have a great week!
