I'm keeping my SMART Goals for this round very simple and basic:

1. Stay within my calorie range and watch the macros. I will accomplish this by weekly meal planning & tracking.

2. Control my weekend and late night eating to stay within calorie range. I will accomplish this by being mindful of my eating, tracking all foods and following my weekly meal plans. I will ask for help when I feel like I might binge.

3. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins at least 3 days per week. Workouts will include cardio and ST. I will accomplish this by planning my workouts and scheduling them on my calendar.

That's it - those are my SMART Goals plain & simple. Just want to stay focused and stick to my plan!
