My First Day

So, here I am. I had great plans to begin blogging and use this space for accountability a couple months back. I even wrote my first blog entry. Somehow today I deleted that entry. So here's to a fresh start again. My goal is to post here at least 4 times a week and share my life as I become plant based and lose 20 lbs in the process (I hope).
This is day 1. I enjoyed a berry smoothie for breakfast. Lunch wasn't the best salad in the world. I had a palmful of vegan chocolate chips as a reward for not quitting after that meal. Supper was so good- lots of roasted veggies. Exercise was 30 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes mowing the grass with a push mower. So, off to good start.
