I’ve found the more I restricted calories the less I lost. Now I found my happy limit (1800 -1850) Even just 100 less and my body starts going back to saving everything for energy later. Yes food on my mind a lot too. Usually hmm is it worth it? 169 days ago
I go through the same thing every day especially when I work out and need to eat more, when tracking you are so aware of everything that goes into your body that you didn't think about before 169 days ago
