I've been working at this for almost a week. I've definitely been eating better, but still have work to do in that area. I'm drinking tons of water, and made time for a 30-minute walk this morning before it got too hot. I just need to find ways to stay motivated and be positive. Small steps!

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.     I found doing me an inspirational goal wall and doing an accountability blog has helped me get back on track. I did a inspirational goal board and quotes and mini goals on my wall.
