Day 1 ☀️

Starting weight: 218.4 Current weight: 205.2 Goal weight: 150.0 My first full day on SP! I’m a little nervous to begin, but overall I’m excited and ready to go. I’ve been doing “ok” with my weight loss/fitness goals on my own, but I really need more focus and accountability and I think SparkPeople will help with that. With that in mind, I’m starting this blog from Day 1 to keep me accountable AND to celebrate my victories on and off the scale. 3 things I did great today: 1) Started off the day right with a nutritious breakfast 2) Went for a 2 mile walk (and even threw in some jogging on the downhills!) 3) Writing in this blog and posting my “before” picture (eek!) so I can look back and remember how far I’ve come
