Back on track

Saturday, September 07, 2019

I did lose 35# originally on SP, kept if off, but still have -65# to go. I quit logging in and tracking my food, but this time around I am diagnosed as being diabetic. So now I am re-commiting myself to tracking and being serious about my health. I'm having my left foot totally reconstructed due to a car accident, so will be non-wgt bearing for at least 8-10 weeks. I'm okay with that, but I'm alittle concerned about my food plan, since I will be home alone all day. Any ideas of how to plan a simple menu would be appreciated. emoticon

Welcome back! What's your calorie range going to be this time? I have looked up meal plans based on calorie range using google or bing search engines. And sometimes I turn on the meal plan in the food tracker to get some new suggestions, too. I usually leave it turned off.
