Project Clean

I have been 99%clean this week. Made healthy zucchini loaf sugar free and fat green and delicious. Completed thre strength training sessions and 45-60 min walk every day. I’m feeling in control and healthy. At week 4-6 is when I tend to slack off. I am going to be extra conscious of that and try to really discover why.
