Goals For BLC41

Smart Goals-
CARDIO
Specific: I will do minimum of 40 minutes of cardio 5X per week. 2 sessions of step aerobics.
Measurable: I will use SP to track my workouts
Achievable: I am committed to using online/home vids
Relevant: I will increase my Cardio.
Time: Ongoing Goal!
Obstacle: My knees.
Solution: I will modify as needed but push myself!

STRENGTH/FLEXIBILITY/BALANCE
Specific: I will do 20 minutes of ST/Yoga exercises 2X per week.
Measurement: Tracking on SP & my spreadsheet.
Achievable: I can do this by doing my PT stretches & home vids.
Relevant: This will improve my balance, flexibility and strength.
Time: Ongoing goal!
Obstacle: Knees
Solution: I will modify as needed but push myself!
